You’ll experience a personalized training program that will push you to your maximum potential to help you lose weight, become stronger, and get toned. For those looking for motivation, peer support, and consistency, group personal training is a perfect fit. Grab your friends and meet with your trainer two or three times per week and be guided through a personal training program to support your fitness goals. Group sizes are small; a maximum of four people who have similar goals and want to establish a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. This program is perfect for anyone on a budget, and provides essential strength training and cardiovascular exercise for anyone who is serious about achieving their desired fitness level and health goals.

Fitness Bootcamp

Fitness Bootcamp provides a weekly hour-long high intensity workout, using a combination of cardiovascular exercise, core strengthening workouts, and muscle toning movements. Fitness Bootcamp will not only help you become healthier, but will also increase your strength and endurance. Turn your body into a fat-burning machine through exercise and nutrition under the guidance of a professional personal trainer.
